The Orchard Cottage is our smallest cottage. Ideal for a couple or family seeking the privacy of being on their own. It has 3 rooms, all have reverse cycle air-conditioning.

You enter the cottage into the combined lounge/dining/kitchen. The lounge room has two cozy leather lounge chairs with a TV in the corner. Dining table seats 5 and the kitchenette has a stove, microwave and refrigerator. The pantry is filled with scrumptious self-serve breakfast ingredients, so too is the fridge.

To the right is the queen bedroom with en suite, washing machine and dryer. To the left of the entrance is the 3rd room, a large sun-room with two sofa beds, CD/radio, blanket storage units and a couple of coffee tables.

The sun-room has a large picture window that overlooks the animal farm, down to the river, with glorious Mudgee Valley views in the distance.

The sun-room also becomes a 2nd bedroom. There is a sliding door between this room and living area making this room quite private. Sun-room has 2 queen sofa beds. However you can only access the en suite through the queen bedroom. For families this arrangement has been used often and is quite comfortable.

From the back door, steps take you to the BBQ and private gazebo. A delightful spot for reading or enjoying a BBQ breakie or dinner. If you are looking for a holiday to 'recharge', our property's relaxing ambience is just what you need to return home refreshed. A country retreat with a difference.
